Client Projects
For custom development work:
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverable code
- We retain the right to use the project in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)
- Any pre-existing code, libraries, or frameworks remain our property or property of respective owners
- Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our proprietary tools and frameworks
Payment Terms
For services requiring payment:
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payment is due as specified in your invoice or service agreement
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated
- Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable service agreements

- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party conduct or content on the services
- Any content obtained from the services
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bubba Nugget Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination
